- All our rooms are non-smoking! This also applies to all other hotel premises. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.
- We do NOT accept dogs.
- The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry apply.
- In the event of early departure or late arrival, we charge 90% of the room rate.
- Your booked room will be ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival.
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 AM.
- To guarantee your booking, a deposit is required at least 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

Your booking becomes binding upon receipt of the deposit. If no deposit is received, we reserve the right to re-let the room.
- Special offer packages must be paid in cash; otherwise, we accept debit cards (Maestro) and bank transfers for deposits.
- The Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply to cancellations and no-shows.
- We strongly recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
- We ask for your understanding that, due to staff shortages, we are unable to offer vegan or gluten-free meals.
- Bathrobes for the sauna area are provided free of charge. We do not provide disposable slippers as we strive to avoid single-use items; please bring your own.
- For stays of less than 3 days, a short-stay surcharge will apply.
- Seating in the restaurant: Tables for two are limited; seating may be shared with other guests, particularly during peak season.
